Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu accused opposition leaders Eisenkot, Bennett, Lapid, and Liberman of endangering Israel by forming a government backed by "terror supporters" instead of joining his proposed broad national unity government.

Prime Minister Netanyahu responded a short while ago (Tuesday) to a meeting held by the leaders of the “left-wing bloc”—taking place just one day before the round of recommendations at the President’s Residence. Netanyahu warned against the moves being planned by the bloc’s leaders, clarifying that the public does not support any government backed by the Arab parties.

Prime Minister Netanyahu stated: “Eisenkot, Bennett, Lapid, and Liberman are endangering Israel’s future! While Prime Minister Netanyahu has extended a hand toward forming a broad national government, they intend to establish a dangerous government that relies on supporters of terrorism. How will this ’emergency government’ handle the active fronts in Gaza, Lebanon, and Iran, when key members within it are unwilling to label Hamas and Hezbollah as terrorist organizations? The people will not forget this!”
