Israeli police arrested four suspects from the Arab town of Araba on Monday on suspicion of attacking security guards at Poriya Medical Center in northern Israel. The assault took place in the emergency room after a verbal argument escalated quickly to physical violence, prompting an immediate police investigation.

Police received the report at midday. Officers who rushed to the scene began investigating immediately and collected testimony from those involved and witnesses present. According to preliminary findings, a verbal dispute between the suspects and security staff led to the violent assault inside the emergency room.
Israeli police emphasized the severity of the incident, stating: “Israeli police view with great seriousness any harm to healthcare workers, who work to save lives and provide care to the public.” They added that they will continue “to act with determination and zero tolerance against any display of violence toward medical and emergency teams.”
