Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu met this evening at the Prime Minister’s Office in Jerusalem with U.S. Ambassador to Lebanon Michel Issa and U.S. Ambassador to Israel Mike Huckabee.
The two American diplomats are currently spearheading bilateral talks and mediation efforts between Israel and Lebanon. The high-level meeting took place against the backdrop of ongoing diplomatic contacts and negotiations between the parties to address regional security and border arrangements.
