Terror: PLO Flag and Fake Bomb Found Near Israeli Ranch

Police opened an investigation Sunday in the Judea and Samaria District after a PLO flag and weapons parts were found near the Metzudat David Ranch. A report came in about a suspicious object attached to the flag. Judea and Samaria District police were called to the scene along with Border Police bomb disposal experts, who operated under IDF security. The bomb technicians completed their professional handling of the suspicious item and determined it was a dummy explosive. As part of the investigation, the item was transferred to the forensic identification unit for further handling. Police continue to investigate the circumstances of how it was placed at the location.
