Tel Aviv District Police filed a petition with the Tel Aviv District Court seeking a judicial restraining order through administrative proceedings against Yossi Mosli, one of the leaders of the Mosli crime organization. The court ruled that the order will remain in effect until a hearing scheduled for Thursday.
The order imposes house arrest on Mosli, bars him from contacting a long list of figures in the criminal underworld, prohibits internet use, and bans him from leaving the country. Additional restrictions detailed in the order were also imposed.
The petition was filed by Tel Aviv District Police, led by the Central Unit, as part of operations targeting crime organizations and serious organized crime. Police said the move is part of ongoing operational and intelligence activity and investigations against criminal elements.
